Subscriptions and Payments

Billing

  • Some features of SUN require a subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the fees displayed at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

Renewals and Cancellations

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage your subscription and cancel anytime through your account settings or app store.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Please contact our support team at artin@sunapp.ai for assistance.

User-Generated Content

Ownership

Any content you submit to SUN, such as questions or feedback, remains your property. However, by submitting content, you grant SUN a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify your content for the purpose of improving the Services.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

Moderation

SUN reserves the right to remove or moderate user-generated content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate or harmful.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUN and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. This includes loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses.
